Instructional Design and Development
As a result of wide-ranging experiences with educational curriculum design and development, Holly understands the need for quality instructional design, curriculum development and editorial review. - Designer for National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Bike Safety online learning project. Initial designs include functional specification, PowerPoint storyboards, and assessment activities.
- Lead Designer for academic and flight instruction for Taiwanese Army AH-1W Super Cobra aircrew. Design included content overview and development of instructor-led materials.

- Designs included design document, content development, curriculum development, and multimedia scripts.
- Lead designer for SRA/McGraw-Hill Reading Labs online assessment. Lead designer for Rocket Power Extreme Fun Pack, a Fisher Price Pixter ROM. Lead designer for SW College CD Rom Data Entry courseware developed in Macromedia Director.
