Sailing Program Management - Holly
Holly O'Hare has been directly involved in Jr. and Adult sailing program management for over 35 years. A former U.S. Sailing Training Committee member (13 years) and Level 1 and 2 Instructor Trainer (15 years), she has a passion for training and program management. She was the Program Director for Severn Sailing Association and Erie Yacht Club as well as served on Jr. Committees for Mission Bay Yacht Club, member of Juniors in Boating (JIB), and Founder and former Chair of the Eastport Yacht Club Learn-to-Boat program and is still an active committee member. She is an active Snipe sailor and competitive racer.
Holly has helped dozens of programs organize and develop into profit making endeavours. She specializes in program budgets, instructor training and program management, SOPs and manuals, long range planning and more. If in need of help contact Holly.
Team Racing - Gavin
Gavin O’Hare is a former Head Intercollegiate Dinghy Coach at the United States Naval Academy. Gavin was past chair of US Sailing Team Racing Championship and member of the U.S. Team Racing Association. Gavin is recognized as a Team Racing expert and has authored a book entitled “Contemporary Team Racing.” Gavin is a past US Sailing Level 1 Instructor and Level 2 Coach and continues his competitive sailing experience by racing small sailboats such as Snipes, Vanguard 15’s, and Lasers.
